Before spraying, remove burrs and impurities, eliminate oil contamination and conduct sand blasting to Sa2 grade. Coat the surface with special primer. Charged fluorine powder evenly attaches to the workpiece and fuses into firm protective layer after heating. Multiple cycles ensure the coating reaches specified thickness.
