Working Principle

Optimal PTFE materials and thickness are selected according to operating conditions, then bonded to steel substrate for anti-corrosion performance.

Processing steps: The steel base is sandblasted to Sa2 grade and cleaned thoroughly before adhesive coating.Pre-activated or glass fiber reinforced PTFE sheets are also coated with adhesive, and firmly bonded onto steel surface via proprietary vacuum lining technology.The reactor is commonly used for chemical reaction and acid-base neutralization. 

It features excellent permeability resistance, smooth glossy surface, low friction coefficient, anti-scaling property and long service life.
