Fluorine-lined metering tank 

Fluorine-lined metering tank belongs to storage tank category, dedicated to accurate material metering and regulation. Fitted with level gauges, ultrasonic detectors and pressure meters, it calculates material capacity via liquid level variation monitoring. It automatically controls pumps, valves and other inlet/outlet fittings to manage material delivery between bulk storage tanks.

Working Principle of Fluorine Lined Metering Tank

Prior to lining spraying, the steel shell surface shall be processed. Remove burrs and impurities, eliminate oil contaminants at high temperature, and conduct sand blasting to Sa2 cleanliness grade.

Special primer is sprayed first. Fluorine powder is electrostatically charged and evenly adsorbed on the equipment surface under electric field force, then baked at high temperature to form a dense protective layer. Repeated spraying and baking are performed to reach the specified coating thickness.
