Rotational Lining PTFE Storage Tank

Adopting advanced thermal rotational technology and imported high-performance raw materials, the tank realizes thermal fusion between plastic and steel substrate with tailored formula and lining thickness as required. It features firm integrated bonding, synchronous expansion and contraction and excellent anti-delamination performance. The seamless lining is free of bubbles and pinholes, boasting high impact resistance, superior permeability resistance, enamel-like smooth surface, low friction coefficient and good anti-scaling property.

Working Principle

This is a rotational sintering forming technology supported by automated processing equipment. Our independently developed dual-axis rotational molding process keeps the workpiece rotating along two axes simultaneously. The integral one-piece forming avoids cracking and leakage. Strong adhesion prevents lining collapse and peeling under negative pressure.
