PTFE Sheet Lined Storage Tank

PTFE sheet lined storage tanks are used to store liquid and gaseous chemicals such as acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The inner steel shell is lined with PTFE sheets to prevent corrosion and greatly extend service life.

Working Principle

According to actual service conditions, PTFE sheets with suitable specifications and thickness are bonded to steel substrates for anti-corrosion protection.Procedures: The steel base is sandblasted to Sa2 grade and thoroughly cleaned, then coated with adhesive. Pre-activated or glass fiber reinforced PTFE sheets are also applied with adhesive, and firmly bonded onto steel surfaces via proprietary vacuum lining technology.

Widely adopted in chemical storage, all lining and auxiliary materials are sourced from professional overseas suppliers. Featuring advanced craftsmanship and reliable quality, the tanks meet strict requirements on purity, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, free from manufacturing equipment limitations. They boast excellent permeability resistance, smooth surface, low friction coefficient, anti-scaling performance and long service lifespan.
