The sprayed PTFE agitator mainly consists of motor, reducer, water jacket, sealing cylinder, support body, outer magnetic rotor, inner magnetic rotor, upper and lower stirring shafts, impellers and control cabinet.
The motor and reducer are mounted on top of the water jacket. The outer magnetic rotor is driven by the rotating assembly, while the inner magnetic rotor is installed on the support shaft and enclosed inside the sealing cylinder. The upper and lower shafts are connected via coupling. The motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, which transmits torque through magnetic coupling to turn the inner magnetic rotor and stirring shaft for material mixing. The sealing cylinder is tightly fixed to the reactor with metal graphite gaskets and bolts. This design converts dynamic seal between shaft and tank into static seal, achieving zero leakage under high temperature and high pressure.
