The fluorine lined precision filter is composed of connecting pipe, cylinder, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners. Installed on pipelines, it removes solid impurities from corrosive fluid to ensure stable operation of compressors, pumps and instruments, stabilizing production processes and ensuring operational safety. 

We adopt customized lining materials and processes to provide optimal filtration solutions for diverse media and working conditions.

Working Principle

Fluid flows through the cylinder into the filter basket, where solid particles are intercepted. Purified fluid flows out from the filter outlet. To clean, unscrew the bottom plug to drain residual fluid, remove the flange cover, clean internal components and reassemble. The equipment features simple operation and easy maintenance.

It boasts compact structure, high filtration capacity, low pressure drop and wide application range. It is applicable to corrosive chemicals including caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated and dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid and aldehyde acid.
