Fluorine Lined Pipeline Strainer

The fluorine lined pipeline strainer consists of connecting pipe, cylinder, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners. Installed on pipelines, it removes large solid impurities from corrosive fluid to ensure normal operation of pumps, compressors and instruments, stabilize technological process and guarantee safe production.

Working Principle

Fluid flows into the filter basket inside the cylinder, solid contaminants are trapped while purified fluid discharges from the outlet. For cleaning, unscrew the bottom plug to drain fluid, detach the flange cover, clean the basket and reassemble. Easy operation and maintenance.

It features compact structure, high filtration capacity, low pressure loss and wide applicability. Suitable for corrosive chemicals including caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated & dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid and aldehyde acid.
