PPH tank is a high-performance industrial storage tank made of modified polypropylene homopolymer. With excellent overall chemical resistance, lightweight structure and seamless integral molding technology, it is widely used to store and transport acids, alkalis, salts and various corrosive chemical media. Different from metal tanks, PPH tanks feature no welding seams, good anti-leakage performance, low thermal conductivity and strong weather resistance. Available in vertical and horizontal types with diverse volume specifications, it can be customized with nozzles, manholes, level gauges and other accessories to adapt to chemical, environmental protection, electroplating and other industrial scenarios.

Working Principle

PPH tank is a static containment equipment for industrial media. Relying on the stable chemical property of PPH material, it isolates the stored corrosive liquid or gas from the external environment. The integral structure ensures the tank body bears pressure evenly. Equipped with matched vents, liquid inlets and outlets and safety accessories, it keeps the internal pressure and liquid level within a safe range, realizing long-term stable storage, buffering and transfer of chemical media.
