Product Overview

IHF fluorine lined chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump manufactured in accordance with international standards. The pump body is made of cast metal shell lined with F46 (FEP) fluoroplastic. The impeller and pump cover are integrally molded with metal inserts coated by fluoroplastic alloy. Equipped with external bellows mechanical seal, it provides outstanding sealing performance for corrosive medium transportation.

This pump combines the high mechanical strength of metal and superior corrosion resistance of fluoroplastic materials. It can handle strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, strong oxidants and various organic solvents, solving the transportation challenge of highly corrosive liquids in chemical processes.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance: F46 fluoroplastic lining can resist nearly all corrosive chemical media.

2. Reliable sealing system: External bellows mechanical seal, alumina ceramic stationary ring and PTFE filled rotating ring, low leakage rate and long service life.

3. Wide working temperature range: Medium temperature from -20℃ to 120℃, customized high-temperature version available.

4. Robust structure & easy maintenance: Compact horizontal design, convenient disassembly and inspection, stable running with low vibration and noise.

5. Anti-aging property: Fluoroplastic lining is anti-aging and non-toxic, no contamination to the medium, suitable for fine chemical and pharmaceutical liquid transfer.
